Tom got his hands on this crazy balloon pump machine and he just can't stop pumping and making new bloons. But than he figured out that if he hits at least two bloons with the third one in same color, all of them will simply pop up. Beside the funny part he also gets points for this. Once you pop enough bloons you clear the level, and move to the next one. Simple as that. The goal is to reach the highest level possible and score even more points than the last time.
