Tom, Jerry, Butch and Nibbles are 4 friends racing old timers across some pretty rough terrain. Nobody really knows where exactly Tom and Jerry come from, but since they've been making movies for MGM, than the place of origin most probably is some suburb in California. Speaking of California, the only hill terrain that comes to mind is Hollywood Hills or Beverly Hills, but I really doubt cops would let them car chasing there. Jerry is a star of the show, so you get his role by default, unless you specifically pick Tom. After clearing out several levels, Nibbles and Butch get unlocked as well. Aim of the game is to get to finish before anyone else. Nitro boost is your secret weapon which can give your car significant acceleration. Just make sure to see nitro bar filled up and use it only with tyres touching the ground as nitro is not functional while the car is in the air. I can't promise top challenging race, but if you are true Tom and jerry fan, it should be fun. I have noticed that tracks are getting steeper with higher levels, although it's still not easy to fail especially if you learn to use nitro properly. To be honest, I didn't like the way balance controls work (arrow keys) as they don't really feel responsive enough, so the game easily starts to resemble to one of those dummy racing games where you just hold 'up arrow' key pressed the whole time. The things that are likeable are colorful backgrounds, smooth ride and the choice to play different roles.
