Tom is a cat who doesn't care too much about clothes and style. In cartoons we can rarely see him wearing anything on. Mostly those are special episodes where he goes out in the snow, and then he puts on a scarf perhaps, or when Tom goes fishing he will wear boots, and in one episode where he goes on a safari, he wears a safari hat. There are one or two pieces of clothes mostly, but not more. So, this game will give the opportunity, to some girl in the first place, to test her designer and fashion skills and dress Tom up the way she wants and she thinks he would look the best. You can try on many combinations of hats and caps, scarfs and ties, vests and suits, shoes - and all that in many different colors. Basically this is a simple dress-up game made for the youngest players.
