Jerry And Nibbles Rolling Cheese

Don't get distracted by the Asian font (probably Chinese or Japanese) as you actually don't need any specific instructions to play this game. Jerry and Nibbles are hanging off the balloon, which if popped up with the mouse click, releases these two guys and they start to roll down the platforms. To finish up the level, you must release both mice, get them to collect all the cheese and make them pass through the exit door. To achieve this, you should 'customize' the scene, by using switches to move some platforms or to reorganize some movable objects in order to enable them to safely pass through to the door.

Starting from level 04, some new shooting obstacles start to appear, as well as the Tom's rolling head. Your job here is to make sure to avoid them and never let Jerry touches Tom's rolling head, or get hit by the bullet, otherwise you loose.

As you can see from the in game title, the original text is "Tom and Jerry Happy Home", but I thought that "rolling cheese" would feel more accurate, although it does not have much sense neither.

I've played the game until level 7 when I got stuck. The trick in the seventh level seems to be in pulling down the lever, but for some reason I can't do it .... Does anyone have an idea how to solve this level ? Solving the first 6 levels was relatively easy, as you can see in the walkthrough video below, but 7th level seem impossible.
